Something I've been doing some (limited) science on since Republic landed. It came from a discussion on how best to utilise ARCs, and it dawned on my group that Republic might have been given a way to actually make Rapid Launch Bays decent.
The problem in the other factions is that there's no good fighters to use with it (Imperial), or no ship fast enough to use it properly (Rebel). Republic get a speed-3 ship that buffs the fighters after spawning them. Thanks to the Bee, the ARCs get a "free" BCC if they go into a ship, and if the enemy puts fighters in the way they have 3 blue + 1 red with Swarm, so will annihilate them in short order, too.

The consensus seems to be that NB applies fully to all non-unique squadrons, including the ones w/o Swarm.
The counter-argument (I don't really have an opinion myself) is that the card says "Each squadron with swarm that you activate...".
Which I read as meaning that the squadron has to have Swarm before activation, since the title gives Swarm after the ship has actually activated the squadron.
Do we have any official rules question channel now?
Yes Nevoota gives an ARC swarm for its activation and so when it attacks it (temporarily) has swarm so gets the reroll.
Note later in the turn if a Vulture shoots the ARC it gets counter(1) but the swarm from Nevoota has gone.
Do Nevoota Bee help the ARCs with bombing? As I read the card it's squadrons that already have Swarm that gets the reroll.
I have a similar fleet but using Hyper rings instead of RLBs. Depending on the strength of fighter opposition determines how aggressively you scout ahead with my 3 arc170s & Anakin while 4 Deltas provide top cover.
using scout means the pairs of squads you deploy do count as deployments unlike putting them in RLB reserve.
